Vata

1.Dalia

Ingredients:

Broken wheat =1/2Cup
Sweet Potato= 1 no (small)
Carrot= 1no
Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Green Chili= ½ tea sp
Ginger= 1 tea sp
Salt as per taste
Turmeric =1/2tea sp
Hot Water =2 cup

Procedure:

1. Cut carrot and sweet potato in small pieces and steam them separately for 5-6 minutes.
2. Roast broken wheat without oil on medium flam.
3. Now in a pan Roast cumin and ginger add. Roasted broken wheat and hot water cook it for 10minutes .You can    add more hot water if you want.
4. Off the gas and add steamed vegetables and garnish with coriander.
5. Add salt turmeric, asafetida

2.Pasta

Ingredients:

Whole wheat pasta=1cup
Carrot=1/2cup
Beetroot= 1/2cup
Spinach=1/2cup
Sauce
Sweet potato=2nos
Coconut milk=2cup
Black pepper=as per taste
Oregano basil salt=as per taste

Procedure:

1. Steam whole wheat & pasta.
2. Cut the carrot and beetroot and sweet potato.
3. Grind sweet potatoes, coconut milk, black pepper, oregano, basil and salt to make white sauce.
4. Mix vegetable, sauce and pasta and serve it.
 

Kapha

3. Beetroot Salad

Ingredients:

Beetroot small=3nos
Capsicum=1nos
Carrot =2nos
Fresh coconut=1cup
Salt, black pepper, lemon as per as taste

Procedure:

1. Steam beetroot.
2. Grate carrot and beetroot.
3. Cut capsicum finely.
4. Mix vegetable, coconut, salt, black pepper and lemon.
5. Serve it.

4.Brocolli soup

Ingredients:

Broccoli =1cup
Pumpkin =1/2cup
Or butternut or sweet potato
Celery or black pepper and salt as per as taste
 

Procedure:

1. Stream pumpkin for 10 min.
2. Stream broccoli for 3 min.
3. Grind them and make puree.
4. Finally chop celery.
5. Boil water and add celery, black pepper and salt.
6. Now add vegetable, puree in boiling water.
7. after 5 minutes off the gas.
8. Serve it.

Pitha

5.Vegetable Dumpling

Ingredients:

Moongdal (green gram dal)=3gm
Chana dal (green dal)=3gm
Masoor (whole lentie)=3gm
Udad dal (black gram speit)=3gm
Pumpkin or bottle gourd
Asafetida =a pinch
Turmeric =1/2 tea sp
Ginger =1/2 tea sp
Green chili=1/2 tea sp
Salt as per as taste
Coriander seed powder
Carrot =1nos
Peas 50gm

Procedure:

1. Soak all the lenities for 4-5 hours.
2. Grind all the lenities in the blender.
3. Grate carrot and pumpkin.
4. In the lenities batter add all the vegetables and spices.
5. Stream it and garnish it with scrapped coconut and fresh coriander.

6.Green salad
 

Ingredients:

Sprouted green gram=1cup
Cucumber, cabbage, capsicum, fresh corn and spinach=1cup
Fresh coriander =1 tea sp
Coconut 1 tea sp
Lemon =1/2 tea sp
Black salt=as per
Black pepper= as per
Pomegranate =1/2cup
 

Procedure:

1.Stream the sprouts.
2. Cut all the vegetable in to cubes
3. Finally chop coriander and spinach.
4.Mix all the vegetable and sprouts.
5.Add lemon juice little bit black pepper salt and coconut mix it well.
6.Serve it.
