Sapthamrutha Lauh

“Saptha”or “seven” and “amrutha” or nectar… This composite of 7 main herbs and contains iron or “lauh”.It is commonly taken with honey and ghee and used in the treatment of gastritis, in addition to anemia. When applied externally it can be used to improve vision i.e. due to iron content.
