Arudra
“Arudra” is rich in calcium It provides protein, carbohydrates, iron, natural vitamins and low in cholesterol. It is beneficial for growing children, pregnant women, lactating mothers and aged and convulsants. It contains dietery fibres, helps in Easy evacuation of "bowel movements".
Quantity - 500gm
Direction for use - Mix 1 teaspoon Arudra with sufficient water to make a paste. Add 100ml of water to the paste and stir to avoid lumps. Cook for 5-10 min add 100ml of milk and jaggery.
